In this video, I make Rigatoni Dragged with Florentine Meat Ragu using a recipe from a cookbook titled, “Biba’s Italy” by Biba Caggiano. It was pretty easy & very good. I only used 2 chicken livers, but it was still REALLY rich. With the leftovers, I added a can of tomato sauce just to make it less heavy/rich & liked it a little better.
