In this video (in my new mediocre kitchen), I make a basic pizza dough using a stand mixer & then hand knead the dough a bit. I shape by hand, by tossing, & by using a rolling pin. In this video (in my new mediocre kitchen), I bake up a batch of Ghirardelli Grand Chocolate Chip Cookies by Ghirardelli using the recipe on the back of the package. Old-fashioned Meatloaf – A.K.A Basic Meatloaf using a recipe from Paula Deen’s website. I didn’t have any bell pepper & instead of drained dice tomatoes, I had to use tomato wedges that I hand diced & tried to drain. In this video (in my new mediocre kitchen), I make “Easy Chicken Pot Pie” using the recipe on the back of the Campbell’s Cream of Chicken soup can. It absolutely was easy, but not a ton of flavor.
