In this video, I make manicotti marinara with mint using homemade crepes, which was interesting. The recipe is from the cookbook titled, “The Mafia Cookbook” by Joseph “Joe Dogs” Iannuzzi. The hardest part of this is making the crepes as it’s a bit tricky to do, but once I got the batter right (added a little extra water) & the pan the right temp (the burner on the lowest setting), it worked much better.
