In this video, I make a nice pork chop with mashed potatoes & broccoli. The actual recipe (by Tony Mantuano) called for White Corn Polenta & Broccoli Rabe, but I’m not a huge polenta fan & couldn’t find Broccoli Rabe or Rapini, so I made a couple modifications.
